Taking the same approach as a gym, only this time you exercise and develop muscles you didn't even know you had! (Your brain)
how does it work?
Working 1 on 1 with your coach, you identify areas you can strengthen
to develop your performance both in and out of work and create new
life strategies which make you leaner, faster, fitter, stronger.
Sprint programme - 3 month programme, 6 sessions
10km Run - 6 month programme, 12 sessions
Marathon - 9 month programme, 18 sessions
All sessions last approx. 90mins to fit individual's
